Michelle Partogi here!

I believe we’ve inherited systems that, more often than not, perpetuate inequity. Through co-creation, research, and policy / process redesign, I’m optimistic we can build a more just world.

My background bridges design, humanities, and computer science. This intersection helps me facilitate co-creation processes and uncover “levers” to shift services and systems.

I’ve worked as a Service Designer at Code for America’s criminal justice portfolio and Mayo Clinic’s Innovation and Design group Previously, I interned at IBM Design in Austin as a Design Technologist.

I hold a MS in Digital Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on Civic Media. My master’s thesis explored Co-Designing Organizational Change Through Service-Product Design within public education and mental health delivery. I’ve also contributed to several projects at Georgia Tech’s Design and Social Interaction Studio.

My passions for empathy and self-discovery fuel my desire to understand people from all walks of life. An avid traveler and audiobook listener, I enjoy adventures as much as cozying at home. I’m happiest when I’m cooking diverse foods, rock climbing, biking, and getting lost in new landscapes.
