Future of Healthcare Forums

The Kern Center Forums began as an experiment to bring our newly integrated 400-persons, multidisciplinary center together to discuss timely issues and solutions for complex healthcare problems.

Background

The series covered 5 small workshops and 5 large workshops (over 80 participants). I led the activity design, facilitation, and event planning.

Each workshop covered a theme and had a corresponding subject matter expert. My team and I worked with distinguished experts from doctors to researchers to develop  design activities that explore systems-oriented healthcare issues and foster new collaborative efforts.
